Rules & Regulations/Code of Conduct

  • Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities by taking interest in the progress of their children and enforcing regularly, punctuality and discipline.
  • An Open House meet is held on Saturdays for children from LKG to 4th STD.
  • Parents are requested not to criticize the school or teachers in front of the students. Those who wish to seek any clarification, information or make any suggestions or complaint should do so directly to principal, and not to class teacher.
  • The Principal can be met in the office during school hours on all working days and not at his/her residence.
  • Answer papers will be sent to the parents after every unit test and terminal examinations. Parents are requested to go through their answer papers carefully and return it to the class teachers within 2 days, duly signed.
  • Parents are requested not to send their children to school when they are suffering from any contagious or infectious disease. After recovery they must bring a fitness certificate from the Doctor certifying that the child is fit to attend the class and the disease unlikely to spread to others.
  • Parents are requested not to give money to their children (Unless on written request from the school) except money absolutely necessary for travel, lunch etc.
  • Parents should see that their children are not bringing mobile phones. Calculators or such things to school.
  • Parents must ensure that no child remains in the school premises after 4.00 p.m. unless instructed by school authorities.
  • Parents are requested to see that their children come neatly and smartly dressed in proper uniform.
  • Parents should encourage their children to take part in co-curricular activities of the school and cultural celebrations.
  • Parents are requested not to enter classrooms and meet the teachers during school hours. If they wish to meet the teacher; they may do so after getting prior appointment through the Principal.
  • Parents should check the diary and note the communication from the tachers.Also not the homework set and see that the work is done.
  • Parents are requested to see that Diary is brought to the school daily.


  • The Transfer Certificate will be issued to only those who have paid the fees and other dues.
  • TC will be given only on the production of written application from the parent or guardian.
  • Pupil leaving or joining the school in the middle of the term must pay the term fees and other dues.
  • A month‚Äôs notice in writing is required for the withdrawal of the pupil.
  • Entrusting a pupil to the school implies that parents agree to stand by the rules and regulations of the school. They are requested to see that the children also abide by school regulations.


  • No student should be absent from the class without applying for leave.
  • Leave application should be submitted by the student to the class teacher. The reason for not applying for leave should be clearly stated. All leave application should be counter signed by the parent or guardian. In case of long leave on medical ground, the application should be supported by medical certificate.
  • A student who is absent without leave for fifteen consecutive working days is liable to be removed from the rolls without any notice. The decision of the Principal on the matter will be final.

L.K.G to 4th Std.-During Saturdays also.
